Services Overview
RCAP Solutions has several specialized programs (listed below) for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) holders and Project-Based Voucher recipients, which can assist individuals and families with economic independence, workforce development, and overall improved quality of life.
This 5-year program helps participants achieve economic stability. Program participants work with a case manager to set milestones and achieve their goals.
This program supports HCV holders with school-aged children with moving into communities that have high quality schools, parks and open spaces and healthy, safe environments.
This service in collaboration with MassHire helps our HCV holders and their households to find paths to stable employment and careers.
