Services Overview
RCAP Solutions manages several affordable apartment complexes for seniors, families, and individuals with disabilities and mobility impairments throughout Central Massachusetts. We offer on-site professional management, 24-hour on-call maintenance, and a resident service coordinator program, assisting residents to remain independent. Our team of dedicated professionals strives to create healthy, comfortable, and enjoyable environments in which residents can be proud to call home.
Our list of our affordable/subsidized housing apartments throughout Central Massachusetts, as well as rental applications. These properties are managed directly by RCAP Solutions.
Our Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) program connects our residents with the services and support necessary to assist them to remain living independently and safely.
We offer several other programs and services, which can help older adults and people with disabilities remain independent and safely housed.
