RCAP Solutions 2026 All-Staff Conference Recap – “Together Towards Tomorrow”
A look back at RCAP Solutions’ 2026 All-Staff Conference, held October 14–15, 2026 in Worcester, Massachusetts!
Under the theme “Together Towards Tomorrow”, our conference brought together the entire RCAP Solutions team for two days of learning, collaboration, team-building, and strengthening our commitment to the communities we serve.
Throughout the conference, staff participated in workshops, training sessions, and storytelling presentations covering project management, resilience, workplace safety, fair housing, and more.
A special thank-you to our guest presenters from the Regional Housing Network (RHN) of Massachusetts, Human Power Solutions, Bridging Distance, Safety Trainers, Massachusetts Fair Housing Center, and Suffolk University Law School for sharing their knowledge and expertise!
The conference concluded with our Second Annual Values Awards Ceremony (ft. Special Guest: U.S. Representative Jim McGovern), recognizing employees who embody RCAP Solutions’ core values and make a lasting impact in our communities.
We are especially grateful to Sentinel Group for their generous sponsorship! We also extend our appreciation to our wonderful event hosts, AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester, for their hospitality.
