Services Overview
RCAP Solutions oversees a number of environment-focused technical assistance and training programs. Through these efforts we build capacity to ensure rural communities have access to safe drinking water, reliable wastewater, solid waste solutions, and more.
These services, offered in all six New England states, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, help communities to innovate and thrive. For assistance in your state, please visit Our Services by State page and select your state or territory to view regional contact information.
We assist small water and wastewater utilities, rural communities, and individuals to find solutions to sustain their infrastructure in a safe and compliant manner.
We offer GIS (Geographic Information System) solutions designed to provide the latest web and mobile system mapping technologies.
We support homeowners and public health officials with private well and septic system assessments, education on maintenance, and best practices to ensure private water sources are safe.
In Puerto Rico & the USVI, we help reduce pollution by supporting communities with solid waste management and recycling advocacy.
This program increases access to clean drinking water in schools and communities that need it the most by installing water bottle filling stations.
