Community & Environmental

Promoting environmental and public health, building resilience, increasing sustainability, and improving the quality of life for small and rural communities.

Services Overview

RCAP Solutions oversees a number of environment-focused technical assistance and training programs. Through these efforts we build capacity to ensure rural communities have access to safe drinking water, reliable wastewater, solid waste solutions, and more.

These services, offered in all six New England states, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, help communities to innovate and thrive. For assistance in your state, please visit Our Services by State page and select your state or territory to view regional contact information.
