Corporate Administrative Support Specialist – Worcester, MA
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the CEO and corporate functional areas. Director of Housing Counseling & Homeless Services – Worcester, MA
The Director of Counseling & Homeless Services will be responsible for the day to day program operations, management, staff supervision, and reporting for the RAFT, HCEC, HOME BASE, hotel and stabilization programs, Safe Step EA Shelter, domestic violence survivor programs, and any other shelter/homeless/homelessness prevention program offered through RCAP Solutions. Depending on funding availability the Director of Counseling & Homeless Services may also function as a Project Manager of a small program while overseeing other programs. Deputy Director of Housing Counseling & Homeless Services – Worcester, MA
The Deputy Director of Counseling and Homeless Services will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from client and project management (business development, framing of key approaches, high-quality client delivery, written products), to administration (information technology, reporting, facilities), and human capital (HR/recruiting, mentoring, supervision, career progression). Furthermore, this position oversees the daily operations and productivity of the Housing Consumer Education Center, Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT), HomeBASE, SecureJobs and the EA Scattered Site Program that manage emergency shelter families, assists in homeless prevention and stabilization. In addition, will counsel, negotiate, or mediate solutions to housing issues including: tenant/landlord conflicts, housing search, fair housing, homeless prevention, shelter compliance, program terminations, evictions, negotiations, relocation etc., to facilitate a successful resolution where feasible and appropriate. Junior Program Representative – Worcester, MA
The Junior Program Representative will be expected to work toward knowledge of Rental Assistance policies and procedures. Housing Quality Standards Inspector – Worcester, MA
The HQS Inspector is responsible for inspecting and evaluating buildings for compliance with all applicable code requirements. The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all rental stock inspected meets the strict standards defined by DHCD and HUD. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure Housing Choice Voucher program participants and their owners receive program assistance and ensure that program requirements are completed in an accurate, timely manner. Rental Assistance Customer Service Manager – Worcester, MA
The Rental Assistance Customer Service Manager will serve as the Rental Assistance Program’s vendor (landlord) liaison to ensure landlord documentation is correct and up-to-date for all rental properties, will answer all landlord queries, and will process HAP abatements. The Customer Service Manager will work as the program partner with RCAP’s Finance Department. This position will ensure that HAP adjustments are processed timely and correctly and that all Finance requirements for program deliverables are addressed in a timely manner. Rental Assistance Quality Assurance Specialist – Worcester, MA
The Rental Assistance Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible to lead and manage the essential functions of regulatory compliance and ensure quality service delivery within the Rental Assistance programs administered by RCAP Solutions. This position will perform internal audits of RCAP Solutions’ rental assistance programs; review files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedure, and report findings and recommendations to appropriate personnel, and provide essential and necessary training to reduce and eliminate repeated errors; oversee the accuracy and provide correction to data within the Tracker database; support and promote the RCAP Solutions Strategic Plan through development, implementation and achievement of departmental objectives as tied to the Plan. Water Technician Specialist – New England (Open Location)
Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private wells to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly-owned water systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve water quality as necessary.
