RAFT Program Specialist – Worcester, MA

Reporting to the Director of the Housing Consumer Education Center, the position will be our front line contact person for clients that may be eligible for the RAFT Program. Environmental Technician – Massachusetts

Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act, Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private well to achieve and maintain compliance with federal and local regulations, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly owned water and wastewater systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve as necessary water quality. Grant Writer – Worcester, MA

The purpose of this position is to provide support for the organization’s research, resource development and proposal writing efforts that include foundation, corporate and individual philanthropist prospects. This position requires detailed research and will require experience with a wide range of tools including online databases, printed directories and other publications. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and a solid history of preparing successful proposals for non-for-profit organizations. Housing Counseling & Financial Services Data Analyst – Worcester, MA

The Housing Counseling & Financial Services Data Analyst will have the primary responsibility to retrieve, format and provide insight including trends in RAFT, HMLP, HCEC and other programs related to housing counseling and financial services. This position will provide technical support, and a in depth understanding of HUD reporting requirements. Analyst will support set up of authorized users that ensures consistency and compliance. Housing Counseling Case Manager – Worcester, MA

RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) is a state-funded program which assists families with limited income to avoid homelessness. The Housing Counselling and Stabilization Case Manager is directly accountable to provide housing counselling information and referral, housing search as well as direct stability support services to program participants of the HCEC and HomeBase programs; in assisting with intakes, referrals, case management, workshops, and outreach and special projects. The housing counselling and stabilization worker will be responsible for one on one intakes, workshops and assessments of qualifying families and assess their needs for re-housing opportunities, housing search and placement. Intake Coordinator – Worcester, MA

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for data entry and maintenance of the Rental Assistance Waiting Lists. The Intake Coordinator also determines and documents the current eligibility status of each applicant in accordance with DHCD and HUD regulations and establishes and maintains special programs (JRI, FUP, COC, RAD, VASH and DMR) applicants, according to program specific rules and regulations. Junior Program Representative – Worcester, MA

The Junior Program Representative will be expected to work toward gaining knowledge of rental assistance policies, programs, procedures, and certification. The goal of the Junior Program Representative is to continue demonstrate working knowledge of program(s) knowledge by maintaining an increasing caseload size and programs (MTW, MRVP, VASH) over a one to two-year period. Senior Maintenance Technician – Worcester, MA

The Senior Maintenance Technician, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for day-to-day maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, work with vendors, property managers and owners to maintain the functionality of the assigned RCAP Solutions, Inc. managed properties.
