Synergy Spotlight: Meet Chrisie Alexander, HomeBASE Case Manager
Meet Chrisie Alexander, a compassionate and mission-driven member of the RCAP Solutions team who serves as a HomeBASE Case Manager. With a professional background that blends customer service, project management, and case management, Chrisie brings a combination of organization, guidance, and empathy to her work supporting families on their path toward housing stability.
Chrisie began her professional career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative in the telecommunications field where she developed the communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills that would become the foundation of her career. Through hard work and determination, she advanced into senior roles, leading teams, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating stakeholders.
In December 2023, Chrisie transitioned into case management with another human services agency, where she supported families through assessments, service planning, referrals, advocacy, and housing-related resources. Her desire to help people overcome barriers and improve their lives ultimately led her to RCAP Solutions, where she joined the organization in August 2025 as a HomeBASE Case Manager.
In her current role, Chrisie works closely with families experiencing housing instability. She assesses program participants needs, develops individualized housing stability plans, coordinates services, communicates with landlords and community partners, and helps connect families with the resources they need to achieve long-term success. Her days are filled with follow-up calls, meetings, documentation, referrals, and problem-solving, all while responding to urgent participant needs as they arise.
What Chrisie enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to support families during challenging periods in their lives. She finds particular fulfillment in helping families transform overwhelming situations into manageable goals and practical next steps. She describes RCAP Solutions as a mission-driven organization, where employees are united by a common purpose: helping individuals and families overcome barriers and build greater stability.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Chrisie’s work at RCAP Solutions is helping families develop housing stability plans while coordinating with landlords, service providers, and community resources. Because every family’s circumstances are different, she enjoys the thoughtful problem-solving and collaboration required to create meaningful solutions that support long-term housing stability.
When asked what advice she would give to someone considering a career at RCAP Solutions, Chrisie emphasizes the importance of learning, collaboration, flexibility, and treating individuals and families with patience and respect. She believes the work can be challenging, but also deeply meaningful and rewarding because of the positive impact employees make in the communities they serve.

She approaches her work with poise, dignity, and a deep commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.”
Outside of work, Chrisie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, listening to music, and working out as a form of self-care.
