Services Overview
RCAP Solutions serves as the regional Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) for Worcester County and is the first point of contact for people in need of housing counseling, supportive programs, and resources. We assist tenants, landlords, homebuyers, and homeowners with a myriad of housing and homeownership needs.

We offer homeownership support before, during, and after you buy a house. We provide education for first-time buyers as well as support for new and existing homeowners.
We can act as a neutral third party for tenants and landlords who may be at a disagreement. If you have an issue related to your rights and responsibilities as either a landlord or a tenant, we’re here to help.
We offer group classes and one-on-one counseling and can assist you in developing a budget that is built on your current financial picture and help you work towards your financial goals.
We can help people with applying for emergency funding, gaining access to mental health and substance use centers, and obtaining public benefits, legal help, and a myriad of other referrals to community resources.
We offer many trainings which are designed to support and educate tenants, landlords, potential homebuyers, and homeowners residing in Central Massachusetts.
