Whether you’re planning to purchase your first home, already own a home, or simply want to learn more about housing resources available in the area, the City of Worcester’s 2026 Inaugural Homeowner Summit is designed to help residents make informed decisions and build long-term housing stability. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local experts and organizations while exploring topics such as mortgage education, down-payment assistance, housing budgets, home maintenance, energy efficiency, healthy housing, neighborhood resources, and more.

As part of the event, representatives from RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) will present on resources and programs available to first-time homebuyers, including homebuyer education opportunities and strategies for creating and maintaining a successful housing budget.
