Rate Setting for Sustainable Water Utilities is a training program designed to help systems understand the importance of setting appropriate rates and developing accurate rate structures to deliver sustainable services. The training will include an overview of the key steps needed to complete a Rate Audit, including collecting data from your actual/financials, usage, and billing, to estimate your base and flow rates. Board members, operators, managers, accounting personnel, and support staff are encouraged to join.
