Explore and practice identifying and focusing on your system’s most pressing challenges to deliver increasingly efficient, high-quality services while improving long-term sustainability and resilience. In this interactive in-person workshop, participants will conduct a guided self-assessment of their drinking water system, identify critical areas for improvement, and prioritize actions and strategies for success, even when resources are limited. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from other utilities that have faced or are currently facing similar challenges and will use their understanding of the 10 Key Management Areas to develop practical, achievable actions for improving the management and performance of their systems.
