2025 Instituto para el Liderazgo Rural / Institute for Rural Leadership – Caguas, Puerto Rico
In the Spring of 2025, RCAP Solutions hosted a series of leadership workshops in Puerto Rico for rural community leaders managing drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste systems. These events brought together professionals committed to improving essential services in their communities.
The sessions focused on the development of practical leadership skills – covering topics like communication, conflict resolution, disaster response, and running effective meetings. Participants exchanged ideas and strategies to address real-world challenges.
By fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, RCAP Solutions helped strengthen a network of leaders ready to support resilient and sustainable communities.
