At this IN-PERSON, hands-on course, participants will:

• Practice collecting samples for measurement of water quality parameters, including free and total chlorine and total coliform bacteria.
• Learn the advantages of chlorine residual mapping and how to draw their own chlorine residual map.
• Discuss and share follow-up actions that may be necessary to address water quality issues such as main breaks, pressure issues and other challenges.
