This two-day training was developed by RCAP Solutions to help water and wastewater utilities learn about Asset Management Programs, Develop a Capital Budget, Conduct Maintenance Scheduling and Budgeting, Implement an Asset Management Plan and Conduct Program Review. RCAP Solutions, with funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is offering this free online training for small-system wastewater and water operators.
