The Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities (EOHLC) and its Regional Administering Agencies, including RCAP Solutions, began a software migration on September 8, continuing through October. We apologize for any delays this may have caused in processing payments.
We’re currently validating data to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. No payments will be issued from the old system during this time.
Payments for work completed between September 8 and October 31 are expected in the November 1 check run. If not received then, they should be included in the November 15 run.
