DESCRIPTION:RCAP Solutions\, in partnership with the Northborough Senior Center\, will be hosting an in-person presentation about our Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) on Tuesday\, August 6 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Senior Center (119 Bearfoot Road\, Northborough\, MA 01532)! RCAP Solutions staff will Zoom-into the Northborough Senior Center to talk about this program and to answer your questions.\n\n🚨 Call to Register: (508) 393-5035 🚨\n\nAttendees will get an overview of the Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) and how it can help you or a loved one live comfortably and independently at home.\n\nIn addition\, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and make valuable connections with the RCAP Solutions staff!\n\nHMLP is a state-funded lending program that provides no-interest loans to homeowners to fund necessary changes to keep themselves or a family member with a disability or mobility impairment living comfortably in their own home.\n\nThe program has generous income guidelines and allows for accessibility renovations based on the household member’s medical need. This program can benefit anyone in the house who has a disability or mobility impairment; the homeowner themself\, their child\, or an elderly family member.
