We have openings at our Groton, Hubbardston, and Worcester locations.

We are offering a $1,000 retention bonus to successful hires in the form of a $500 installment after 3 months of employment and another $500 installment after 6 months of employment!

No experience is necessary – we will train you! All you need is a team-player attitude and a desire to learn. However, if you like working with your hands or have a background as a janitor, painter, construction laborer, or landscaper – this may be the perfect opportunity to start a new career.

RCAP Solutions is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Client Resources Offices in Worcester, MA.

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will create a positive first impression for RCAP by providing key support for the organization’s internal and external customers.  This individual will manage a wide range of activities including: incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors, and providing general front desk office support.  The position will also maintain the Resource Center with information in the general area of housing.  He/she will develop and maintain housing resource databases, and assist with outreach activities of RCAP Solutions. This person will assist office management of Worcester in regard to all operational issues to include issues such as heat, building maintenance and snow removal.

Water Compliance TA Specialist (2)

RCAP Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking two experienced Water Compliance TA Specialists to join their team of professionals, with one position being based in MA, CT or RI. The second position will be located in either NH or VT, servicing both states.

 Job Summary:

The Water Compliance TA Specialist will support the organization’s goals and objectives by providing service, technical assistance and training to rural community water systems found in the assigned areas of responsibility.  This position will involve working with small public water systems including transient community, non-community, and non-transient non-community personnel in order for them to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA. The main responsibilities for this position will be to provide services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Training & Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private wells to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly-owned water systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve as necessary water quality.

GIS / Geospatial Technician

RCAP Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced GIS/Geospatial Technician to join their team of professionals in State College, PA.

Job Summary:

The GIS/Geospatial Technician will be the primary expert in providing staff support on GIS, GPS and related services.  This position will primarily involve working with small public water and or wastewater systems, including transient community, non-community and non-transient non-community systems. Project types include, but are not necessarily limited to utility mapping, Asset Management Planning, Source Water Protection and basic demographics. Position will also involve training and technical assistance to other staff and community clients on the operation of GPS equipment and the use and maintenance of GIS applications and data layers.
