RCAP Solutions has been helping people throughout Central Massachusetts with a wide range of housing and supportive services for over 50 years.

Our service area for all individual and family housing programs, including Housing Consumer Education Center, Homelessness Prevention, Rental Assistance and Senior & Disabled Programs is Worcester County and a handful of the surrounding towns.

RCAP Solutions manages over 350 affordable apartments for the elderly, disabled, and families in Athol, Bolton, Boylston, Groton, Hubbardston, Northbridge, Townsend, Webster and Worcester. Click here for more information.

RCAP Solutions is also the Northeast affiliate of the six-member national RCAP Network, which focuses its interests on rural water-related and infrastructure issues.
