RCAP Solutions is the Northeast and Caribbean affiliate of the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP), a national network of nonprofit organizations working to ensure that rural and small communities through the United States have access to safe drinking water and sanitary wastewater and solid waste disposal.
Maine RCAP Solutions helps support the needs of small drinking water and wastewater systems. Most of our assistance is funded by federal grants. Reach out to discuss your community needs and learn more how RCAP can help:
