Using its MTW authority, DHCD designed and implemented a time-limited pilot program to provide continued support to and build upon the successes of youth currently participating in its Family Unification Program Aging Out of Foster care program that are facing the current 18 month expiration date.  Participants are referred by the Department of Children and Families.
