Take Exit 20 Route 70/Lincoln St, toward Burncoat St.  Keep left to take the ramp toward Burncoat St.  Turn slight left onto Route 70 S/Lincoln St.  Turn left onto Green Hill Parkway and follow past Rodney Street.  There will be RCAP signage for event.
