Language Access Plan (LAP)

RCAP Solutions has prepared this Language Access Plan (LAP) to ensure that its clients and visitors, who have limited English proficiency (LEP), have meaningful access to all programs, activities, and services. A person with LEP is someone who does not speak English as his/her primary language and who has limited ability to read, write, speak, or understand English.
