WHEN:
Tue, March 10 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM – Field Trip
There will be a field trip to the Bellefonte Borough Authority Wastewater Treatment Facility, located approximately 15 minutes from the resort. We will meet at 1:30 PM in Toftrees parking lot for transportation/carpooling.
About The Facility: The Bellefonte Borough Authority Wastewater Treatment Facility, located along a pristine trout stream in central Pennsylvania, needed a long-term solution to manage additional pollution due to population growth for the next 20 years. Tue, March 10 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM – Welcome Reception
There will be a welcome reception at the resort. Appetizers will be served and there will be a cash bar.
Wed, March 11 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Main Event
Registration will begin at 8:30 AM. During this event attendees will hear from a number of speakers from various agencies and organizations and will participate in activities designed to inform and educate. Breakfast (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM) and lunch will be provided.

The Pennsylvania Regional Collaboration Summit group rates at Toftrees Golf Resort are:
$79 per night plus 11% tax.
The group rates will be honored 1 day in advance of and 1 day following the meeting, based on availability.
