Our Client Resources Division works with eligible individuals and families in Massachusetts to provide a wide range of affordable housing, homelessness prevention, workforce development and family unification and self-sufficiency services.  These services include housing assistance payments for low income tenants, transitional housing and assistance for the homeless or those fleeing domestic violence, landlord and tenant mediation. We offer training and support on a wide variety of topics including elder services, financial literacy, first time homeownership and foreclosure prevention; for property owners, tenants and home owners. We are centered within Worcester County, Massachusetts and serve thousands of individuals and families each year.
