Water-Related Projects & Services
RCAP Solutions is the
Northeast affiliate of the six-member national RCAP network, which
focuses its interests primarily on rural water-related issues and
programs. As such, we provide coordinated water-related services in all
the New England states, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico
and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
All Other Community Development Projects
RCAP Solutions can provide
community development, housing, real estate, loan fund and other
services throughout the United States and its territories. Our people
have been called on for their expertise on many issues, outside the
states and territories in which we provide water-related services. Our
network of staff, partners, and consultants would be happy to talk with
you about your needs and our expertise to meet those needs.
