RCAP Financial Assistance
(Formally Known as RAFT) |
The Residential Assistance
for Families in Transition program was started in 2004 and
helps families in arrears for rental assistance, mortgage
assistance or utility assistance.
|
Intake Assessments for RAFT Program on Hold
Due to the rapid depletion of remaining funds, and the high number of current applications in process, we are no longer distributing or accepting new Intake Assessments for the RAFT program.
We do anticipate more Financial Assistance funds, which routinely become available in the Fall. Updates regarding replenishment of funds will be announced on our website at
www.rcapsolutions.org, in local newspapers, as well as through service providers in the Worcester County area.
While we are unable to offer you Financial Assistance at
this time, we would like to help with your housing problem, if
we can. If you would like to explore other options, please
contact our Housing Consumer Education Center staff at (978)
630-6770.
Those who currently have a full five page application will
be scheduled for an intake interview, this will occur no later
than June 30, 2009.
