Since its inception, RCAP Solutions has offered property development and management services to small and mid-sized communities. Using a comprehensive town partnering approach, we work with legislators, community leaders and officials, design and construction professionals, funding sources and others, to help communities with property management and property development.

Property Management RCAP Solutions provides a full array of property management services. We manage the housing we develop, and we can assume management of existing housing or condominium developments, providing any or all of these services: • Inspection/Rehab specialist services • On-site managers and maintenance • Rental application processing, including rental   assistance and supportive programs qualification • Accounting and record-keeping • Capital needs assessment • On-call emergency maintenance • Preventive and scheduled maintenance • Safety, code, and zoning compliance inspections • Organizing events and programs that enhance the     quality of life for special needs populations

RCAP Solutions manages properties at nine different locations within Central Massachusetts. Groton Commons provides affordable housing for 35 people in Groton, MA.
