Since its inception, RCAP Solutions has offered property development and management services to small and mid-sized communities. Using a comprehensive town partnering approach, we work with legislators, community leaders and officials, design and construction professionals, funding sources and others, to help communities with property management and property development.

The Real Estate Division oversees the operations of our residential rental properties as well as development activity to its properties located in Central Massachusetts.  The portfolio currently includes ten affordable housing properties with a total of 362 units for families, the elderly and for those with disabilities to live independently and safely. In addition to providing a safe place to live, the organization offers support services, such as help with social security, Medicaid and health issues.
