For 45 years RCAP Solutions has been helping small water systems maintain regulatory compliance, expand and/or upgrade facilities, improve financial stability, and “keep the water safe†for customers. Our Rural Community Assistance Program has a staff of experienced professionals providing technical assistance to your community and others at minimal charge because we have been able to compete successfully for state and federal contracts that subsidize these services.
Federal and state agencies (e.g. EPA, USDA, and HHS) contract with RCAP Solutions, in part because of the quality of our technical assistance and its positive impact on systems. For example, over the last three years alone:
+Â Â Â Â Â Â We served 533 small communities, the majority of which have significant low-income populations.
+Â Â Â Â Â Â We helped small systems leverage over $76 million in state and federal infrastructure financing.
+Â Â Â Â Â Â We provided 146 community trainings to 2,344 attendees.
This year the EPA is requiring that RCAP Solutions provide a financial match equal to 10% of our EPA federal contract that helps support our technical assistance services. To do this, we need your help.
We are asking you to help us meet this match requirement by making a voluntary contribution to RCAP Solutions. Â Please click here for a listing of opportunities for your Communities to participate in our RCAP Plus program as a Community Investor with tremendous value-added benefits that can greatly support and benefit your community.Â
We are simply asking those we have helped to help us – in order for us to continue assisting you and other small communities to ensure the most basic of needs for your residents – to have safe and sustainable drinking water and sanitary wastewater disposal.
Thank you to our participating Community Investors!
