Our Client Resources Division works with eligible individuals and families in Massachusetts to provide a wide range of affordable housing, homelessness prevention, workforce development, family unification and self-sufficiency services. These services include housing assistance payments for low income tenants, transitional housing and assistance for the homeless, emergency assistance for families and landlord/tenant mediation. We offer training and support for property owners, tenants and home owners on a wide variety of topics including elder services, financial literacy, first time homeownership and foreclosure prevention. We serve many thousands of individuals and families each year.
