RCAP Solutions is a comprehensive nonprofit community development corporation that works with communities of all sizes to address a broad range of needs. We are part of a coordinated nationwide network with an integrated, multi-faceted approach to delivering high-quality services customized to each community's unique requirements. RCAP Solutions provides services on a very competitive fee-for-service basis. We also help communities apply for and receive government and private sector grants and contracts, and we even provide some services at no charge to qualified communities with funds available through government and private grants and contracts which we administer. . Our efforts often have a ripple effect that leverages millions of additional dollars annually for the communities in which we work.

	RCAP Solutions, in partnership with the US Census Bureau, will host Census Taker training in both its Worcester and Gardner offices. A Census Taker is an official employee of the Census Bureau and is responsible for personally collecting information from residences in their neighborhood that have not sent back the 2010 Census form.
