RAFT Program Specialist – Worcester, MA
Reporting to the Director of the Housing Consumer Education Center, the position will be our front line contact person for clients that may be eligible for the RAFT Program. The RAFT Program Specialist is responsible for assisting clients to access RAFT funds and then to manage the distribution of those funds. Environmental Technician Specialist – Maine
The environmental specialist will work with a variety of small water and wastewater system operators, board members, community leaders, funding organizations, associations, committees. The overall purpose is to support small water and wastewater systems build sustainable capacity necessary to maintain and achieve compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Clean Water Act. The environmental specialist will also provide education and outreach to private well owners to understand their drinking water source and provide recommendations to ensure the best water quality possible. Environmental Technician Specialist – Massachusetts
Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act, Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private well to achieve and maintain compliance with federal and local regulations, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly owned water and wastewater systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve as necessary water quality. Family Self-Sufficiency Homeownership Program Coordinator – Worcester, MA
Responsible for the successful launch and implementation of the FSS Homeownership Track, including the recruitment and support of participants for the Savings Match for Homeownership Program (SMHP), and developing a group of participants working together towards shared goal of becoming homeowners. Coordinate services to be provided and ensure that partnerships and resources are in place as needed, maintain relationships with One Mortgage Lenders and other eligible lenders to provide support to participants, aid with credit repair to build and achievable path to homeownership within the appropriate timeframe, communicate and coordinate with staff from multiple departments to achieve program goals, maintain required program records and documentation of progress. Housing Counseling & Financial Services Data Analyst – Worcester, MA
The Housing Counseling & Financial Services Data Analyst will have the primary responsibility to retrieve, format and provide insight including trends in RAFT, HMLP, HCEC and other programs related to housing counseling and financial services. Housing Counseling Case Manager – Worcester, MA
RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) is a state-funded program which assists families with limited income to avoid homelessness. The Housing Counselling and Stabilization Case Manager is directly accountable to provide housing counselling information and referral, housing search as well as direct stability support services to program participants of the HCEC and HomeBase programs; in assisting with intakes, referrals, case management, workshops, and outreach and special projects. The housing counselling and stabilization worker will be responsible for one on one intakes, workshops and assessments of qualifying families and assess their needs for re-housing opportunities, housing search and placement. Intake Coordinator – Worcester, MA
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for data entry and maintenance of the Rental Assistance Waiting Lists. The Intake Coordinator also determines and documents the current eligibility status of each applicant in accordance with DHCD and HUD regulations and establishes and maintains special programs (JRI, FUP, COC, RAD, VASH and DMR) applicants, according to program specific rules and regulations. Resident Service Coordinator – Townsend, MA
The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator is to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing education and access to benefits and services, while at the same time empowering them to remain as independent and self-reliant as possible. The Resident Service Coordinator acts as a link between residents and outside service providers and agencies, and makes referrals as needed and permitted by residents to enhance their physical, financial, social, and mental well-being. The Resident Service Coordinator acts on behalf of RCAP Solutions Property Management Division in collaboration with the Property Manager and with the supervision of the Senior Resident Service Coordinator to develop and implement supportive services at the assigned development(s). He/she works as a member of the site’s management team. Supervision is provided by the Senior Resident Service Coordinator. It is the responsibility of the Service Coordinator to ensure that the needs of the residents are balanced with the priorities and standards of RCAP Solutions. Senior Maintenance Technician – Worcester, MA
The Senior Maintenance Technician, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for day-to-day maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, work with vendors, property managers and owners to maintain the functionality of the assigned RCAP Solutions, Inc. managed properties.
