RAFT Program Specialist – Worcester, MA

Reporting to the Director of the Housing Consumer Education Center, the position will be our front line contact person for clients that may be eligible for the RAFT Program. Deputy Director of Housing Counseling & Financial Services – Worcester, MA

The Deputy Director of Counseling and Homeless Services will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from client and project management (business development, framing of key approaches, high-quality client delivery, written products), to administration (information technology, reporting, facilities), and human capital (HR/recruiting, mentoring, supervision, career progression). Furthermore, this position oversees the daily operations and productivity of the Housing Consumer Education Center, Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT), HomeBASE, SecureJobs and the EA Scattered Site Program that manage emergency shelter families, assists in homeless prevention and stabilization. In addition, will counsel, negotiate, or mediate solutions to housing issues including: tenant/landlord conflicts, housing search, fair housing, homeless prevention, shelter compliance, program terminations, evictions, negotiations, relocation etc., to facilitate a successful resolution where feasible and appropriate. Grant Writer – Worcester, MA

The purpose of this position is to provide support for the organization’s research, resource development and proposal writing efforts that include foundation, corporate and individual philanthropist prospects. This position requires detailed research and will require experience with a wide range of tools including online databases, printed directories and other publications. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and a solid history of preparing successful proposals for non-for-profit organizations. Housing Counseling Case Manager – Worcester, MA

RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) is a state-funded program which assists families with limited income to avoid homelessness. The Housing Counseling and Stabilization Case Manager is directly accountable to provide housing counseling information and referral, housing search as well as direct stability support services to program participants of the HCEC and HomeBase programs; in assisting with intakes, referrals, case management, workshops, and outreach and special projects. The housing counseling and stabilization worker will be responsible for one-on-one intakes, workshops and assessments of qualifying families and assess their needs for re-housing opportunities, housing search and placement. Maintenance Technician – Hubbardston, MA

The Maintenance Technician will provide day to day maintenance and custodial services to the housing complex(s) he/she is assigned, within the confines of established RCAP Solutions and funding sources policy and regulations. Responsibilities include the monitoring and maintenance of the physical plant. The Maintenance Technician will keep the building clean, orderly, and well maintained. He/she will make necessary repairs and, within RCAP Solutions purchasing procedures, recommend contractors needed for more significant repairs. The Maintenance Technician is required to be on-call after RCAP business hours and to respond and resolve emergency situations. Residential Loan Fund Manager – Worcester, MA

The Residential Loan Fund Manager manages a full residential portfolio of existing loans and grows the portfolio through marketing of loan programs, community outreach, database management and optimization, ensuring compliance and accuracy in both internal and external reporting. The position will also contribute to compliance with regulations and delivery expectations along with the RCAP Solutions Strategic Plan as it relates to outcomes for residential lending. Senior Accountant – Worcester, MA

The Accountant will be responsible for all direct cost reimbursement billing & reporting. They will also be posting all Accounts Receivable billing for RCAP. This position will also be responsible for cash management and monitoring all bank accounts. The Accountant will review adjustments and act as a back-up for the HAP check process. The Accountant is responsible for maintaining general ledgers & subsidiary journals related to one or more funds through trial balance.
