RAFT Program Specialist – Worcester, MA

Reporting to the Director of the Housing Consumer Education Center, the position will be our front line contact person for clients that may be eligible for the RAFT Program. Community Resources Project Assistant – Worcester, MA

To provide general support services to the Director in the Community Resources department with day to day operations activity and special projects as requested. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: assists the Director in managing a portfolio of grants and contracts including loan funds and fee for service contracts; provides analysis and administrative support related to compliance and reporting requirements, assists with research on policy and new business lines, provide scheduling and meeting support, assist with internal workshop preparation, assists with proposal writing and funder report preparation, and provides general office and technology support as needed. Environmental Technician Specialist – Maine

The environmental specialist will work with a variety of small water and wastewater system operators, board members, community leaders, funding organizations, associations, committees. The overall purpose is to support small water and wastewater systems build sustainable capacity necessary to maintain and achieve compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Clean Water Act. The environmental specialist will also provide education and outreach to private well owners to understand their drinking water source and provide recommendations to ensure the best water quality possible. Environmental Technician Specialist – Massachusetts

Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act, Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private well to achieve and maintain compliance with federal and local regulations, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly owned water and wastewater systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve as necessary water quality. Grant Writer – Worcester, MA

The purpose of this position is to provide support for the organization’s research, resource development and proposal writing efforts that include foundation, corporate and individual philanthropist prospects. This position requires detailed research and will require experience with a wide range of tools including online databases, printed directories and other publications. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills and a solid history of preparing successful proposals for non-for-profit organizations. Housing Counseling & Financial Services Data Analyst – Worcester, MA

The Housing Counseling & Financial Services Data Analyst will have the primary responsibility to retrieve, format and provide insight including trends in RAFT, HMLP, HCEC and other programs related to housing counseling and financial services. This position will provide technical support, and a in depth understanding of HUD reporting requirements. Analyst will support set up of authorized users that ensures consistency and compliance. Housing Counseling Case Manager – Worcester, MA

RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) is a state-funded program which assists families with limited income to avoid homelessness. The Housing Counseling and Stabilization Case Manager is directly accountable to provide housing counseling information and referral, housing search as well as direct stability support services to program participants of the HCEC and HomeBase programs; in assisting with intakes, referrals, case management, workshops, and outreach and special projects. The housing counseling and stabilization worker will be responsible for one-on-one intakes, workshops and assessments of qualifying families and assess their needs for re-housing opportunities, housing search and placement. Maintenance Technician – Hubbardston, MA & Boylston, MA

The Maintenance Technician is to maintain the physical integrity of the community in which he/she is assigned, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff at all times. The Maintenance Technician is required to be on-call after RCAP business hours and to respond and resolve emergencies. Property Manager (Sunbanke Village) – Boylston, MA

The primary role of the Property Manager is to provide quality service to our residents and our communities; effectively market and monitor the physical apartment community, its residents and meet the financial objectives of the Property Owner and Management Agent, as well as maintain all applicable outside agency standards and requirements. The Property Manager is required to be on-call after RCAP Solutions business hours and to respond to and resolve emergencies.
