Director of Rental Assistance – Worcester, MA
The Rental Assistance Director oversees a matrixed staff of approximately 20 – 25 managers, program representatives, Family Self-Sufficiency case workers, quality control compliance monitors, inspectors, and clerical personnel. The rental assistance programs support RCAP’s primary mission, which is to address the needs of lower income persons and communities while emphasizing self-sufficiency and economic opportunity leading to personal empowerment. Junior Program Representative – Worcester, MA
The Junior Program Representative will be expected to work toward knowledge of Rental Assistance policies and procedures. The goal of the Junior Program Representative is to demonstrate working knowledge by maintaining an increasing caseload over a one to two-year period. Maintenance Technician – Webster, MA
The Maintenance Technician will provide day to day maintenance and custodial services to the housing complex(s) he/she is assigned, within the confines of established RCAP Solutions and funding sources policy and regulations. Property Manager (32 hours) – Groton, MA
The primary role of the Property Manager is to provide a professional and supportive environment for residents, visitors and property associates. He/she oversees the physical apartment community, meets the financial objectives of the owner and Management Company, as well as maintain all applicable outside agency standards and requirements. The Property Manager is required to be on-call after RCAP Solutions business hours and to respond to and resolve emergency situations. Rental Assistance Triage Associate – Worcester, MA
The primary purpose of this position is to provide Housing Choice Voucher Program support. The Rental Assistance Triage Associate provides administrative support to the Housing Choice Voucher Program Representatives. Resident Service Coordinator (part time) – Bolton, MA
The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator is to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing education and access to benefits and services, while at the same time empowering them to remain as independent and self-reliant as possible. The Resident Service Coordinator acts as a link between residents and outside service providers and agencies, and makes referrals as needed and permitted by residents to enhance their physical, financial, social, and mental well-being. Water Technician Specialist – Open Location
Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private wells to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly-owned water systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve water quality as necessary.
