Corporate Administrative Support Specialist – Worcester, MA

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the CEO and corporate functional areas. The Corporate Administrative Support Specialist will have the primary responsibility of supporting finance and administration in scheduling, inventory tracking, compliance related to specific filings and data entry mainly in support of finance. Director of Housing Counseling & Homeless Services – Worcester, MA

The Director of Counseling & Homeless Services will be responsible for the day to day program operations, management, staff supervision, and reporting for the RAFT, HCEC, HOME BASE, hotel and stabilization programs, Safe Step EA Shelter, domestic violence survivor programs, and any other shelter/homeless/homelessness prevention program offered through RCAP Solutions. Depending on funding availability the Director of Counseling & Homeless Services may also function as a Project Manager of a small program while overseeing other programs. Deputy Director of Housing Counseling & Homeless Services – Worcester, MA

The Deputy Director of Counseling and Homeless Services will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from client and project management (business development, framing of key approaches, high-quality client delivery, written products), to administration (information technology, reporting, facilities), and human capital (HR/recruiting, mentoring, supervision, career progression). Furthermore, this position oversees the daily operations and productivity of the Housing Consumer Education Center, Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT), HomeBASE, SecureJobs and the EA Scattered Site Program that manage emergency shelter families, assists in homeless prevention and stabilization. In addition, will counsel, negotiate, or mediate solutions to housing issues including: tenant/landlord conflicts, housing search, fair housing, homeless prevention, shelter compliance, program terminations, evictions, negotiations, relocation etc., to facilitate a successful resolution where feasible and appropriate. Grants, Contracts & Compliance Manager – Worcester, MA

The Grants, Contracts and Compliance Manager should direct all Federal, State, Local and cooperative grants, contracts, outcomes & compliance activities throughout the organization for all entities to ensure positive outcomes/deliverables are on a timely basis; act as lead on all start-ups & interim reporting; author any/all fee for service agreements; negotiate terms of contract payments; assist with research & strategic planning, public policy and network integration primarily with the national RCAP and Regional Networks. Housing Counseling Case Manager – Worcester, MA

RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) is a state-funded program which assists families with limited income to avoid homelessness. The Housing Counseling and Stabilization Case Manager is directly accountable to provide housing counselling information and referral, housing search as well as direct stability support services to program participants of the HCEC and HomeBase programs; in assisting with intakes, referrals, case management, workshops, and outreach and special projects. The housing counseling and stabilization worker will be responsible for one on one intakes, workshops and assessments of qualifying families and assess their needs for re-housing opportunities, housing search and placement. Maintenance Technician – Groton, MA

The Maintenance Technician will provide day to day maintenance and custodial services to the housing complex(s) he/she is assigned, within the confines of established RCAP Solutions and funding sources policy and regulations. Responsibilities include the monitoring and maintenance of the physical plant.  The Maintenance Technician will keep the building clean, orderly and well maintained.  He/she will make necessary repairs and, within RCAP Solutions purchasing procedures, recommend contractors needed for more significant repairs.  The Maintenance Technician is required to be on-call after RCAP business hours and to respond and resolve emergency situations.  For full position description, click here: Maintenance Technician – Groton, MA

The MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN is to maintain the physical integrity of the community in which he/she is assigned, reporting to the MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff at all times. Program Representative – Worcester, MA

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure Housing Choice Voucher program participants and their owners receive program assistance and ensure that program requirements are completed in an accurate, timely manner. Program Representatives work with the property owners or their designee/property managers along with program participants in ensuring program requirements and obligations are met to receive continuing housing subsidy assistance. Property Manager – Bolton, MA

The primary role of the Property Manager is to provide a professional and supportive environment for residents, visitors and property associates. He/she oversees the physical apartment community, meets the financial objectives of the owner and Management Company, as well as maintain all applicable outside agency standards and requirements. Rental Assistance Triage Associate – Worcester, MA

The primary purpose of this position is to provide Housing Choice Voucher Program support. The Rental Assistance Triage Associate provides administrative support to the Housing Choice Voucher Program Representatives. Resident Service Coordinator – Worcester, MA

The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator is to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing education and access to benefits and services, while at the same time empowering them to remain as independent and self-reliant as possible. The Resident Service Coordinator acts as a link between residents and outside service providers and agencies, and makes referrals as needed and permitted by residents to enhance their physical, financial, social, and mental well-being. The Resident Service Coordinator acts on behalf of RCAP Solutions Property Management Division in collaboration with the Property Manager and with the supervision of the Senior Resident Service Coordinator to develop and implement supportive services at the assigned development(s). He/she works as a member of the site’s management team. Supervision is provided by the Senior Resident Service Coordinator. It is the responsibility of the Service Coordinator to ensure that the needs of the residents are balanced with the priorities and standards of RCAP Solutions. Water Technician Specialist – New England (Open Location)

Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private wells to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly-owned water systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve water quality as necessary.
