Bilingual EA Scattered Site Case Manager – Worcester, MA
The Case Manager will coordinate the delivery of services to program participants. This includes the development of an individual service plan, completing client assessments, assisting in client accessing services, advocacy, and referral needs to other services and resources, monitoring services provided by vendors to ensure that the participant is receiving quality services and monitoring client progress. The Case Manager works with the client to ensure the client is safe and focuses on their rehousing plan while assessing needed services and becoming stabilized. The Case Manager ensures client compliance to shelter rules and takes the necessary disciplinary actions as needed. Massachusetts State Lead – Massachusetts
This position will support the organization’s goals and objectives by overseeing and/or providing guidance and participation on all programmatic activities in the assigned state(s); acting as the primary liaison to the appropriate state primacy agencies and funding officials; and providing direct technical assistance and training to rural communities and small water and wastewater systems in the assigned areas of responsibility. This position will involve working directly with State and Federal Officials as well as with small public water systems in order for them to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, CWA and to work toward long term community and system sustainability. Property Manager – New Horizons, Worcester, MA
The primary role of the Property Manager is to provide a professional and supportive environment for residents, visitors and property associates. He/she oversees the physical apartment community, meets the financial objectives of the owner and Management Company, as well as maintain all applicable outside agency standards and requirements. Rental Assistance Triage Representative – Worcester, MA
The primary purpose of this position is to provide Housing Choice Voucher Program support. The Rental Assistance Triage Associate provides administrative support to the Housing Choice Voucher Program Representatives. Staff Accountant – Gardner, MA
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for all direct cost reimbursement billing & reporting. They will also be posting all Accounts Receivable billing for RCAP and the Properties. This position will also be responsible for cash management and transfer processing of all bank accounts. The Staff Accountant will act as a back-up for the Tracker check process. The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining general ledgers & subsidiary journals related to one or more funds through trial balance. Water Technician Specialist – New Jersey based, also supporting PA and NY
Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private wells to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly-owned water systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve water quality as necessary.
