Director of Rental Assistance – Worcester, MA

Housing Counselling Case Manager – Worcester, MA

RCAP Solutions’ Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) is a state-funded program which assists families with limited income to avoid homelessness. The Housing Counselling and Stabilization Case Manager is directly accountable to provide housing counselling information and referral, housing search as well as direct stability support services to program participants of the HCEC and HomeBase programs; in assisting with intakes, referrals, case management, workshops, and outreach and special projects. The housing counselling and stabilization worker will be responsible for one on one intakes, workshops and assessments of qualifying families and assess their needs for re-housing opportunities, housing search and placement. Maintenance Technician – Webster, MA

The Maintenance Technician will provide day to day maintenance and custodial services to the housing complex(s) he/she is assigned, within the confines of established RCAP Solutions and funding sources policy and regulations. Property Manager (32 hours) – Groton, MA

The primary role of the Property Manager is to provide a professional and supportive environment for residents, visitors and property associates. He/she oversees the physical apartment community, meets the financial objectives of the owner and Management Company, as well as maintain all applicable outside agency standards and requirements. Rental Assistance Triage Associate – Worcester, MA

The primary purpose of this position is to provide Housing Choice Voucher Program support. The Rental Assistance Triage Associate provides administrative support to the Housing Choice Voucher Program Representatives. Resident Service Coordinator (part time) – Bolton, MA

The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator is to enhance the quality of life for residents by providing education and access to benefits and services, while at the same time empowering them to remain as independent and self-reliant as possible. State Lead, Pennsylvania – PA

RCAP Solutions is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Community Resources Team. This position will support the organization’s goals and objectives by overseeing and/or providing guidance and participation on all programmatic activities in the assigned state(s); acting as the primary liaison to the appropriate state primacy agencies and funding officials; and providing direct technical assistance and training to rural communities and small water and wastewater systems in the assigned areas of responsibility. This position will involve working directly with State and Federal Officials as well as with small public water systems in order for them to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, CWA and to work toward long term community and system sustainability. Water Technician Specialist – Open Location

Responsibilities include providing services under the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Training and Technical Assistance Program for small public water systems and private wells to achieve and maintain compliance with the SDWA, as well as administer Training and Technical Assistance for small publicly-owned water systems and individual well owners to maintain and improve water quality as necessary. Workforce Readiness Case Manager – Worcester, MA

The purpose of this position is to assist Homeless or persons facing homelessness to achieve stable housing and sustainable employment that may have limited resources. The HomeBase Case Manager is responsible for providing re-housing and stabilization case management services to participants in the HomeBase program. The Case Manager is responsible for intakes and assessments of qualifying families and assesses their needs for re-housing and sustainable employment opportunities. The Case Manager will refer and connect clients to services and assist them in achieving housing stability. In additional this position will be responsible for any additional activities and assignments that may be delegated by the Deputy Director of Supportive Services.
